Solving Core Packaging Challenges for Lateral Filter Blender Bags | Sterile Lab Sample Prep | AchievePack
Concise B2B technical benchmarks designed to eliminate transit failures, regulatory penalties, and shelf-life loss.
Barrier Specified Wrong, Shelf Life Lost
Risk: A film that is too thin lets oxygen and moisture through before the date code.
Structure Matched to Your Product, Quoted With OTR & WVTR
You get the barrier numbers before you approve the quote.
Compliance Documents Arriving Too Late
Risk: Retailers and co-packers hold the order until the supplier file clears their QA.
Approval Pack Issued With the Quote, Not After It
Product specification, SDS, food-grade statement, lot code statement, PFAS statement, letter of guarantee.
Plate Fees and High MOQs Killing the Range
Risk: Every variant needs its own cylinders, so the line-up never gets launched.
Digital Printing from 500 Units per SKU
Multiple designs in one run, zero plate charges.

AchievePack® Lateral Filter Blender Bags Overview
Every extra handling step in sample prep is a contamination risk. These sterile blender bags hold solids behind a side-mounted non-woven filter, so your team pours particle-free filtrate straight from the bag — no separate filtration equipment.
Clean room produced and gamma sterilized, ready for contamination-sensitive microbiology workflows out of the box.
Honest limits — what these bags are NOT for
- • NOT reusable or autoclavable: single-use by design. Autoclaving deforms the film and voids the validated sterility.
- • NOT a sterilizing-grade filter: the ≤250 μm non-woven membrane removes particles and solids, not bacteria. It is not a substitute for 0.22 μm sterile filtration.
- • NOT for aggressive solvents: the film is PE-based; strong solvents can swell or delaminate it. Water-based samples and standard diluents only.

AchievePack® Lateral Filter Blender Bags
Our 400mL lateral filter blender bags combine lateral non-woven filtration with gamma sterilization for safe, efficient microbiology sample preparation. Compatible with all major lab blenders for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and environmental testing applications.
Lateral Non-woven Filter Technology
Side-mounted Non-woven Filter: Instant Filtration
The lateral non-woven filter membrane features approximately <250μm pore size for instant filtration without additional filtration equipment. The intermediate weld structure allows easy pouring of particle-free filtrate from the bag opening while retaining solid residues behind the filter.

Multilayer Film & Transparency
Multilayer Reinforced Film: Clear & Rigid
Premium multilayer reinforced composite film provides excellent transparency for sample observation and rigidity for easy handling. The clear bag body allows visual monitoring of homogenization process while maintaining structural integrity during blending operations.
Gamma Sterilization & Clean Room Production
Clean Room Production + Gamma Sterilized
All AchievePack BagFilter products are manufactured in controlled clean room environments and gamma irradiation sterilized before packaging. This ensures pre-use sterility critical for contamination-sensitive microbiology experiments including pre-enrichment, PCR, and flow cytometry applications.
AchievePack Quality Assurance
Lab Blender Compatibility
Compatible with All Major Lab Blenders
AchievePack lateral filter bags are designed to work seamlessly with all major laboratory blenders and stomacher equipment. Standardized 400mL capacity and dimensions ensure universal compatibility, simplifying laboratory equipment configuration and workflow.
Easy Pouring & Particle-free Filtrate
Pour Clear Filtrate, Leave Residue Behind
The unique intermediate weld structure enables easy pouring of particle-free filtrate directly from the bag opening into sterile tubes or containers. Solid residues and interference particles are retained behind the lateral filter, ensuring clean samples for downstream analysis including PCR and flow cytometry.
Multi-industry Applications
Food, Pharma, Cosmetics & Environmental Testing
AchievePack lateral filter bags are suitable for microbiology sample preparation across food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, environmental, and public research applications. Supports demanding analytical workflows including pre-enrichment, small volume experiments (≤1000μL), PCR, and flow cytometry.

Standard / Generic Packaging (Before)
Standard stock bags fail under transit stress and expose sensitive goods to moisture, UV light, and oxygen.

- Rapid Oxidation & Flavor DegradationCheap films allow O2 & moisture ingress, spoiling contents in < 30 days.
- High Seal Breakage in TransitThin seams fail under drop tests, leading to customer refunds & lost trust.
- Heavy Plastic Tax PenaltiesMulti-layer unrecyclable packaging incurs up to €800/ton in EU PPWR fines.
- High MOQs & Plate Cost FrictionTraditional printers force 10,000+ unit minimums and $1,500 cylinder fees.
Achieve Pack / Pouch Eco Solution (After)
Custom engineered multi-layer pouch structure tailored to your exact moisture barrier, seal strength, and aesthetic requirements.
